The Glenrothes is a hands-on, no-frills distillery, shaped by the people who bring it to life each day. From the tun room and stillhouse to the warehouses and sample room, every step is guided by craft, patience, and care. Commissioned by Edrington, we created a short film to tell the deeper story behind every bottle of The Glenrothes: one of courage, craft, and community spirit. A story of like-minded individuals dedicated to making exceptional single malts.

What does reward mean to you?

Careful thought was given to every object, material, and setting. Each element was chosen to represent The Glenrothes not only as a whisky, but as a place, a process, and a community shaped by craft. Together, they helped build a visual journey through the character of the distillery and the people behind every bottle.

Reward isn't given, it's found.

Exploration is an essential part of defining the look and feel of a project. It gives us the space to test ideas, uncover what works, and refine what doesn’t. Through that process, a concept begins to take shape and move toward its strongest form. Here are a few examples of the early development work created for Look Beyond for The Glenrothes.
